Dilan is an associate at the New Jersey office, where she works with the insurance coverage team. 

Prior to Kennedys, Dilan completed an externship with the US District Court for the District of New Jersey in the chambers of US Magistrate Judge José s R. Almonte. She also served as a summer law clerk at a New York law firm, where she worked on matters involving corporate liquidation procedures, expert witness challenges and nonprofit governance. 

Dilan also gained experience as an in-house legal intern at a global luxury goods company, where she supported complex asbestos litigation research, reviewed commercial lease agreements, evaluated brand privacy practices for regulatory compliance and assisted with trademark-related investigations. 

During law school, Dilan earned a certificate in intellectual property law. She also served as a teaching assistant for legal analysis, writing and research skills and as vice president of social equity for the Student Bar Association. In addition, Dilan served as a teaching fellow with the Minority Student Program.
