Sebastian is an associate in the Miami office and focuses his practice on personal injury insurance defense.
He completed his undergraduate studies at Florida International University where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated cum laude. As a law student, Sebastian served as a Staff Editor for the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review. He also served as a Legal Fellow for the University of Miami Health Rights Clinic where he assisted low-income clients in obtaining public benefits and immigration status. Sebastian completed his first year of legal studies at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he won the 2021 Wilson Hurt Oral Argument Award. During his time at the University of Denver, Sebastian was on the executive board of the Latinx Law Student Association.
While in law school, Sebastian worked as a legal intern for the Office of the State Attorney, Katherine Fernandez Rundle. Prior to joining Kennedys, Sebastian clerked for a well-known personal injury litigation firm assisting in matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and products liability.
Sebastian is also fluent in Spanish.
