Daniel Bujan

Daniel Bujan is an associate in the Miami office, where he focuses his practice on representing insurers in insurance coverage disputes related to automobile accidents, premises liability, negligent security, slip and falls and wrongful death claims. 

Prior to joining Kennedys, Daniel worked at a boutique Miami law firm that specialized in representing both insurance companies and their insureds in the defense of bodily injury, property damage, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. 

During law school, Daniel served on the University of Miami Business Law Review as the article and comments editor and was a member of the Hispanic Law Students Association. Daniel later began his career working at an employment law firm where he gained valuable courtroom and litigation experience, representing clients in both state and federal courts. 

Daniel is fluent in Spanish and is an active member of the Cuban American Bar Association.
