Breana is an associate in the Miami office and focuses her practice on personal injury insurance defense.

Breana completed her undergraduate studies at Florida International University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in International Business. She received her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law, where she served as the Vice President of Communications for FIU’s Moot Court and Vice President of the Caribbean Student Bar Association. Breana also served as a teaching assistant for Legal Skills and Values II (persuasive writing) where she assisted first year law students to transition from objective to persuasive writing, and organized as well as judged the oral arguments.

While attending law school, Breana clerked at a well-known insurance firm.

Prior to joining Kennedys, she clerked at a firm where she handled multiple matters in all areas involving personal injury, probate, estate planning, and insurance coverage.
