Steph Malamas

Stephanie is an Associate in Kennedys’ Employment and Healthcare teams based in the Melbourne office.

She advises and represents insurers, doctors, hospitals and allied health professionals in a wide range of employment related issues, including bullying and health and safety issues, as well as medical negligence claims.

Stephanie also has experience acting for local and London market insurers, in relation to personal injury, professional indemnity and public liability claims.

Stephanie adopts a proactive and pragmatic approach to resolving her matters. She is personable, empathetic and an excellent communicator, which allows her to forge strong and trusted relationships with her clients.
