Monica Tran

Monica is an Associate in Kennedys’ Melbourne office specialising in health law, with a background in litigation. She assists with complex healthcare and medical malpractice matters.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Monica worked as an Associate to a Judge of the County Court of Victoria in the common law division, where she gained experience in civil litigation, negligence claims and adoptions, surrogacy and name change matters. She also has experience assisting in personal injury matters, including institutional abuse claims. Through her experience she has developed a sensitive and client-focused approach to her practice.
