Kennedy Kay

Kennedy is an associate in Kennedys’ speciality team, specialising in abuse matters and predominantly dealing with cases involving allegations of historic abuse and neglect of children, often high-profile and sensitive in nature.

Kennedy also advises on claims brought under the Human Rights Act 1998, Equality Act 2010, judicial review, negligence and false imprisonment/unlawful detention. Kennedy further handles inquest matters and data protection claims.

As professional development director for Manchester Young Lawyers, Kennedy works closely with members, firms, and external stakeholders to deliver training, networking opportunities and initiatives that support the development of junior legal professionals.
