Joanna Oleszek

Joanna is an associate (CILEx) based in Kennedys Manchester office. 

Joanna works within the casualty & corporate group which deals primarily with litigated claims. She represents insurers and corporate clients dealing with a broad range of personal injury claims. 

Joanna specialises in providing advice in relation to accidents occurring in the leisure, entertainment and hospitality sectors. She also has experience dealing with claims arising from construction and manufacturing settings. 

Joanna strives to achieve the best outcome for her clients. Her case load includes claims involving complex arguments on liability, often with multiple Defendants and concerning serious injuries. 

Joanna qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2025.
