Ivan Bejarano

Iván is an associate in Kennedys' Madrid office with years of experience working in the Insurance and Reinsurance department of two leading international law firms.

Iván has experience advising Spanish and foreign insurers and reinsurers in domestic and international litigation, as well as in non-contentious cases related to directors and officers matters, financial lines, professional indemnity, corporate governance, cyber risks, large risks, warranty and indemnity insurance, reinsurance, loss of profit and surety insurance.

Iván is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and he holds a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, with postgraduate studies through the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Autonomous University of Madrid. He has published several articles on insurance law, which led him to win the first prize in the XI edition of the Young Researchers' Competition (Premio Jóvenes Investigadores) organised by the Autonomous University of Madrid.
