Henry is special counsel in the Los Angeles office. His practice focuses primarily on professional and general liability and employment liability including claims of errors and omissions against insurance agents and brokers. Through negotiation, litigation, jury trials and appellate advocacy, Henry has represented a diverse range of clients, including those in the sports, recreation and entertainment industries.
Henry has guided clients through licensing and enforcement proceedings before various federal and state agencies, including the EEOC, EPA, California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, California Air Resources Board, California Department of Real Estate and the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
