Arbel is an associate in the Los Angeles office. He primarily works on civil litigation in federal and state court. He has litigated premise liability, product liability and general liability cases throughout California. 

Prior to joining Kennedys, Arbel worked at a multistate insurance defense firm where he represented carriers, individuals and businesses in a wide range of litigation matters and defended claims involving commercial trucking accidents, premises liability (including slip and falls) and auto accidents, as well as class action lawsuits involving tenants rights. 

Additionally, Arbel has experience working in environmental matters, including both the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Hazardous Substances Account Act (HSAA). He has also represented various property and business owners while overseeing remediation efforts and litigation related to hazardous releases.
