Yanusika Srithar
Profile
Yanusika is an associate in Kennedys’ crime and regulatory team based in the London Office. She qualified in England and Wales in 2025 having joined Kennedys in 2022 as a trainee solicitor.
Yanusika has experience working with clients across various sectors in regulatory and criminal matters, including investigations and prosecutions brought by the Health and Safety Executive, Care Quality Commission, Environment Agency and the police following serious and fatal incidents. She has been involved in cases ranging from routine regulatory matters to complex and high-profile prosecutions, such as corporate manslaughter and serious health and safety breaches.
In addition to her health and safety work, she supports clients, including care home providers and organisations delivering care in custodial settings, with inquest preparation and proceedings. Her work also extends to involvement in public inquiries, contributing to the preparation and management of large-scale and sensitive proceedings.
Yanusika is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association.
