Nicci Da Costa

Nicci is an associate in Kennedys’ cyber and data risk team, specialising in advising clients on cyber incidents and data protection matters. She regularly supports clients through all stages of incident response, including regulatory engagement, risk mitigation and disputes arising out of a cyber incident. 

Nicci has experience advising on a wide range of cyber and data incidents, including ransomware attacks, business email compromise, and other data and privacy breaches. Her work includes advising on data protection and privacy obligations, working through all aspects of incident response, and assisting with litigating arising from cyber incidents. Nicci works across the UK and internationally.
