Clarisse Patel

Clarisse is an associate working in Kennedys’ products law and life sciences team in London.

Clarisse acts for insurers and manufacturers in relation to product liability, product safety and regulatory matters, with a focus on medical devices, mass tort and group litigation.

She regularly acts as monitoring counsel in medical devices claims in EMEA jurisdictions, assisting and briefing local counsel and pro-actively working towards an early resolution of claims.

Qualifications:

• Qualified in England and Wales in 2025.
