Amy Webster

Amy is an associate in Kennedys’ professional liability team, specialising in defending claims against solicitors, barristers, and construction professionals. She acts for a range of major insurers and has experience in both defence and coverage work to primary and excess layer insurers.

In addition to her traditional litigation experience, Amy frequently represents clients in arbitration proceedings and is a member of Kennedys’ International Arbitration Group.

Amy is also part of the Kennedys Evolve scheme, providing insight and training to insurance professionals. As part of this initiative, she leads the mock mediations in London.
