Sophie Broch

Sophie is a UK qualified solicitor (admitted 2010) based in Kennedys’ Israel office. Sophie specialises in insurance litigation with expertise in catastrophic injury, product liability/regulatory and recall. She also advises local and international clients on insurance coverage issues in the fields of financial lines, cyber, product liability, jewellers block and more.

Sophie trained in commercial litigation at an international law firm in London, and then went on to specialise in insurance litigation, representing global insurer and reinsurer clients within the catastrophic injury and large loss division at a global insurance law firm in London. Sophie joined Kennedys in 2023.

Sophie also has experience in the LegalTech arena, having spent several years at Israeli legaltech start-up LitiGate, where she was Head of Customer Success, translating her extensive private practice experience into innovation. She has also consulted to InsurTech Israel, which focuses on engendering innovation in the insurance industry, and to the UK Institute of Risk Management, as a mentor and lecturer of the Digital Risk Management module.
