Jonathan is an Associate in Kennedys Healthcare Team in Hong Kong. His practice focuses on defending medical malpractice claims, handling healthcare regulatory investigations and proceedings concerning a variety of medico-legal issues. In addition to insurers and indemnity organisations such as the Medical Protection, Jonathan advises the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, private hospitals, medical practitioners and other allied healthcare professionals.
Jonathan is qualified in Hong Kong. Before that, Jonathan has handled employees’ compensation, personal injuries and property damage claims. Jonathan has also advised on matters relating to insurance and reinsurance law, as well as contractual disputes involving public bodies. Prior to receiving his legal education, Jonathan has attended a number of student attachments in public hospitals and private clinics in Hong Kong.
