Emily is the Lead Counsel of Kennedys’ Hong Kong Employment Group. She is qualified to practice in Australia (2002), England & Wales (2005) and Hong Kong (2009).

Emily has over 18 years of experience in advising high net-worth individuals, interbroker firms, law firm and accountancy firms, financial institutions and senior bankers in a wide range of employment and employment litigation matters. She has constantly named by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific and Chambers Asia Pacific as Leading Individual for Employment. Emily is also a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
