Cheng Hui is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Kennedys’ Financial Lines Team in Hong Kong. His work focusses on financial lines insurance including directors’ and officers’ liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance and investment management insurance. He also has experience in handling property, energy, construction and engineering matters.

Cheng Hui is a member of our APAC Cyber & Data Privacy practice that provides cyber incident response services, advises on data privacy law and coverage under cyber insurance policies, and handles investigations commenced by data protection regulators.

Cheng Hui speaks English and Putonghua, and is dual-qualified in Singapore and England & Wales.

  • Advising on coverage and acting as monitoring counsel on behalf of insurers in respect of claims, securities class actions, regulatory proceedings and investigations brought against their insureds all over the world.
