Sam is an associate in our Scottish liability team. He qualified in 2023 and joined Kennedys in 2024. He is based in our Edinburgh office.

Sam has around 8 years’ experience in both pursuer and defender work with his main skill set lying within motor injury and RTA. More recently since joining Kennedy’s Sam has worked in motor crime, public liability, fraud, employer liability, credit hire as well as regulatory/ HSE cases.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified in Scotland in 2023
  • Graduated in 2017 (LLB) and 2021 (Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from Edinburgh University)
