Nicole Perkins

Nicole is a senior associate in Kennedys’ Edinburgh office. Her practice focuses on insurance defence litigation of medical malpractice and personal injury actions.

Nicole represents clinicians, dentists, pharmacists and private consultants throughout the UK. She has experience in the areas of informed consent, misdiagnosis, delays in diagnosis and referrals, and surgical complications. Nicole has experience in civil claims involving allegations of medical malpractice at the pre-litigation stage and in actions litigated in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts.

Nicole also represents professionals in fitness to practise proceedings initiated by their professional regulator.
