Adam Dalgleish

Adam is an associate in the Celtic liability team, based in Edinburgh. He joined Kennedys in 2023 as a trainee solicitor, and qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 2025. He is also a Notary Public.

Adam acts for a range of major insurer and reinsurer clients across different areas of personal injury litigation. He has a particular focus on defending occupational disease claims, including those involving asbestos exposure and noise-induced hearing loss. His work also spans across public, employers’, occupiers’ liability, and road traffic accidents.

Adam appears regularly in Sheriff Courts across Scotland, and assists in high-value complex litigation in the Court of Session.
