Ólan Kelleher

Ólan is a senior associate in the healthcare and life sciences team in Dublin. He advises both international and domestic insurers as well as self-insured parties on a broad range of healthcare matters involving dental, surgical and medical care claims, he also regularly advises clients on issues related to coverage and indemnity.

Ólan frequently advises on high value clinical negligence matters which involve complex issues such as life expectancy and the real rate of return and which involve Plaintiffs who have extensive future care needs. He also regularly provides training to insurer clients and their third party administrators on how to manage high value clinical negligence litigation in Ireland.

Ólan is a contributor of Kennedys' global healthcare team’s brief on 'catastrophic injury claims' in 2022, and is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers. 

Ólan is also a member of the Evolve with Kennedys Committee.
