Jessica Heary

Jessica is an Associate in our Dublin office, practising commercial litigation and employment law.

She advises on commercial disputes for international and domestic insurers, including professional indemnity claims, defamation cases, and Commercial Court matters, with extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and a focus on resolving disputes through mediation where appropriate.

In employment law, Jessica provides practical guidance to employers throughout the employment lifecycle, assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts of employment and severance agreements, as well as workplace policies and procedures. She supports clients appearing before the Workplace Relations Commission and Civil Courts on grievances, disciplinary and discrimination matters, investigations, redundancies, and protected disclosures. Jessica also develops and delivers bespoke training and seminars on emerging employment law developments.
