Jennifer is an Associate in the Insurance team in our Dublin office. She is a commercial litigator who qualified in 2021 in Auckland, New Zealand.
Jennifer has a broad range of experience with commercial and insurance disputes. While practicing in New Zealand, Jennifer acted for commercial clients in matters involving breach of contract, negligence, defamation, and insolvency claims.
Since relocating to Ireland, Jennifer has worked at Kennedys acting on behalf of Insurers and Insureds in claims involving professional negligence and subrogated recovery. Jennifer also advises Insurers on coverage matters.
In 2025, Jennifer undertook the Qualified Lawyer’s Transfer Test with the Law Society of Ireland to become admitted to the Roll of Solicitors.

Work highlights
- Acting for Insurers and the Insured in a potential professional negligence claim involving the incorrect filing of corporate tax returns, with a potential tax liability of €2 million excluding interest and penalties.
- Acting for Insurers in a High Court subrogated recovery claim regarding damage caused by the faulty sprinkler installation at a multi-storey residential development.
- Advising Insurers on a discreet coverage issue arising from a Policyholder’s notification under its Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy.
