Per Foumashi

Per Foumashi is a Senior Claims Handler/Loss Adjuster who joined Kennedys as a secondee (trainee solicitor) from a large international Insurer, in order to qualify as an attorney. Per has worked in the insurance industry since 2007 and holds a law degree from the University of Copenhagen.

Through his professional career, Per has specialized in a large variety of insurance related topics especially general/product liability claims in terms of technical and construction matters including all types of property claims, pollution (oil spills) as well as financial lines claims and Professional Liability claims (specifically architects and engineers).

As a former loss adjuster has Per worked with some of the biggest international insurance carriers and has vast experience with handling claims involving dic/dil cover issues, excess layers and local/master programmes.

Per is also experienced with general management of real estate/property. In relation to the insurance side key subject are maintenance of property in order to keep them up to good standard to avoid potential losses which will trigger the insurance.
