Samson Polovina is an associate in the Chicago office, where he handles defense and insurance coverage litigation. Sam is licensed to practice in Illinois state courts and federal courts in the Northern District of Illinois and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Sam handles coverage analysis, disputes, monitoring and litigation for insurers in the US, as well as in the London and Bermuda markets. Sam has handled insurance coverage matters involving professional liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, fidelity bonds, commercial crime, and commercial general liability. Sam has defended insurers in matters in state and federal court.
Sam, received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina. Sam received his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was a member of two Moot Court teams. Prior to joining Kennedys, Sam worked as an insurance coverage associate at a national coverage firm.
