Mark is special counsel whose practice focuses on coverage analysis and counselling, as well as representing insurers in declaratory judgment actions. His work involves primary and excess liability policies and coverage issues arising from asbestos, environmental, construction defect, workers compensation, business disputes and product liability claims as well as numerous other types of claims.

He also has significant experience with professional liability claims and issues arising under claims made type policies. He has briefed and argued insurance coverage and other matters at the appellate level resulting in several dozen published opinions.

Prior to Kennedys, Mark practiced insurance law with several large national law firms. During law school, he was a member of the Northern Illinois University Law Review.
