Jack Fifield

Jack is an associate in Kennedys’ property, energy and construction team, based in Chelmsford. He joined Kennedys as a legal apprentice in 2018 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2025.

Jack advises and acts for a wide range of major insurers and reinsurers on property damage claims across numerous perils, such as fire, flood, subsidence, latent defects, escape of water, impact damage and product liability.

He has considerable experience on both the claimant and defendant side of pre-action and litigated claims, and has secured successful outcomes for clients at mediations and trials.

Having qualified as a solicitor via the apprenticeship route, Jack is passionate about the Kennedys legal apprenticeship scheme and enjoys assisting the early careers department in providing insights and information to individuals wanting to pursue a career in the legal profession via this route.
