Tom Adamson

Tom is a construction law specialist and routinely acts for insurers and construction professionals including architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultants.

Tom has particular expertise in fire safety and geotechnical claims, as well as claims relating to alleged negligent design and alleged  structural defects. Tom also has extensive experience in property damage disputes.

He has extensive experience in court proceedings and procedure, as well as the various forms of dispute resolution including mediation and adjudication.

Tom also advises in relation to coverage issues arising under professional liability policies, including in respect of issues relating to aggregation and late notification.

Tom is detail-orientated and adopts a pragmatic and commercial approach tailored to the clients’ needs.
