Rebecca is an associate in Kennedys’ healthcare team, based in Birmingham, UK. Often specialising in cases of maximum severity, including claims involving brain injury, birth injury resulting in cerebral palsy and neonatal complications, Rebecca understands the importance of compassion and sensitivity whilst achieving good outcomes for her clients.

As well as securing several discontinuances, Rebecca has taken several cases to trial with success, including a fundamental dishonesty judgment.

In addition to her litigation experience, Rebecca is a Past President of Birmingham Medico-Legal Society (2019-2021), a knowledge sharing organisation which hosts seminars and events for medical experts and lawyers in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
