George Hunt

George is an associate in Kennedys’ professional liability team, based in Birmingham. He joined Kennedys in 2022 as an Associate, having qualified in 2020. 

George is instructed by large professional indemnity insurers and their insureds, and self-insureds. He defends claims involving a wide range of professionals, with particular focus on construction disputes, accountancy matters, solicitors, surveyors, and architects. He also works on matters advising professional indemnity insurers on complex coverage issues.

George has extensive experience in litigation, both at pre-action and litigated stage, and is well accustomed to engaging in ADR. George has attended numerous mediations and negotiation/settlement meetings.
