Aarti Paul

Aarti is an associate in the crime & regulatory - motor crime team specialising in road traffic law. She is based in the Kennedys' Birmingham office. Aarti qualified as a Police Station Accredited Representative in 2020 before qualifying as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2025. 

Aarti receives instructions from insurer clients to represent both professional, private and lay clients. 

Aarti regularly advises clients at all stages of criminal proceedings. She has experience in matters involving minor traffic offences to the most serious offences involving serious injury and fatalities.  She undertakes advocacy in the Magistrates Courts. Aarti also handles matters leading to Coroner's Inquests.

Known for an empathetic and measured approach, Aarti is committed to supporting clients through what are often stressful, challenging and unfamiliar circumstances. Additionally, she protects the interests of insurer clients in any ongoing or potential civil liability claims and proceedings.
