Arty is an Associate in our Bermuda office specialising in commercial disputes.
He has litigation experience across multiple Commonwealth jurisdictions and has appeared before various courts and tribunals.
His practice covers insolvency, insurance, regulatory investigations, complex multi-party proceedings, appeals, and arbitrations. He has also advised on non-contentious commercial and property matters.
Before relocating to Bermuda, he practised law in New Zealand and Australia.
Arty is fluent in English, French, and Russian.
