Emily Mcgleenon

Emily is a tri-qualified associate in Kennedy’s insurance division, specialising in a wide spectrum of professional negligence matters. Having qualified in Northern Ireland in 2023 and worked for a leading Northern Irish commercial law firm, Emily specialised in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on contentious property and construction matters. 

Emily continues to focus on commercial litigation at Kennedys and she specialises in defending professional negligence claims against architects, engineers, contractors, brokers, surveyors and project managers. 

Qualifications:

• Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2023
• Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in 2024
• Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in the Republic of Ireland in 2024
