Kathleen is an insurance coverage and litigation associate in the Austin office, where she focuses her practice advising insurers on complex coverage issues, first and third-party claims and related coverage litigation and defense matters.

During law school, Kathleen served as a law clerk to Magistrate Judge Scott D. Johnson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. She also served as a teaching assistant for federal civil procedure and legal research & writing, and was a quarterfinalist and second place best brief recipient in the Tullis Moot Court Competition.

Kathleen serves as the pro bono champion for Kennedys’ Austin office, where she helps lead and expand the firm’s regional pro bono initiatives.
