Kennedys welcomes new partner in Singapore Financial Lines practice

Financial Lines specialist, Trevor Ho, has joined Kennedys as a Partner in its Singapore office in April 2026. 

Previously a Partner at Colin Biggers & Paisley, Trevor has over 20 years’ experience and specialises in advising insurers on complex financial lines coverage issues and dispute resolution. Commenting on the appointment, Anita Quy, Joint Managing Partner for Kennedys in Singapore, says, “Trevor’s appointment aligns with Kennedys’ Asia Pacific strategy of targeted growth through existing client demand. He is excited about his relocation to Singapore which presents an opportunity to grow the financial lines practice in Singapore and the broader APAC region as well as maintain existing client relationships.”

With over two decades of legal experience, combining a commercial litigation background with extensive complex financial lines coverage experience, Trevor has advised on claims involving professional negligence, financial services compliance and contractual disputes as well as property damage, construction PI, industrial special risks, employment practices liability, and warranty and indemnity claims. He also been called on to assist underwriters with policy drafting and interpretation.

Operating in Singapore since 2008, Kennedys established a joint law venture (JLV) in 2015 with Legal Solutions, forming Kennedys Legal Solutions.
