Kennedys secures early dismissal in Delaware Chancery Court

Kennedys partner Katie Barksdale recently secured an early dismissal on behalf of a technology development & manufacturing company. 

The Delaware Chancery Court dismissed aiding and abetting and unjust enrichment claims against the client, finding plaintiffs failed to allege that the client knew of, supplied, or had any duty to review the purported misleading disclosures in a proxy statement at issue in the case.
