Kennedys is pleased to announce that Partner Mickey Schneider has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), joining the Southern New York State Chapter.
Mickey is a seasoned trial lawyer with extensive experience handling high-exposure matters in the areas of general and professional liability. He is known for his pragmatic, common-sense approach at trial, often successful in cases involving disputed liability or unsupported damages.

ABOTA is a prestigious, invitation-only national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges. Founded in 1958, the organization is dedicated to preserving and promoting the right to civil jury trials as guaranteed by the Seventh Amendment, while advancing the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and civility within the legal profession.
Membership in ABOTA is reserved for accomplished trial advocates who have demonstrated significant experience in civil jury trials, as well as a commitment to excellence in advocacy and the administration of justice.
