Kennedys appoints new CIO to lead global technology strategy

We have appointed Milan Devani as the firm's global Chief Information Officer (CIO).  

Milan brings extensive experience leading global legal technology functions, with a strong focus on modernising IT platforms, strengthening information security, and building high-performing technology teams. With over two decades of experience in the legal IT sector, he offers significant expertise in delivery of secure systems and large scale cloud transformations and is recognised for aligning technology with business priorities to drive innovation and performance.

We have accelerated our investment in senior business leadership over the past 18 months, most recently appointing Tracy Watkinson as our inaugural COO, alongside Laura Koller as Chief Financial Officer and Catherine Goodman as the firm's first Chief Knowledge Officer. 

Operating across 45 offices in 18 countries, we continue to prioritise innovation. We recently launched a strategic collaboration with Spellbook to provide a specialised AI training program, ensuring our lawyers remain at the forefront as automation reshapes junior-level legal practice.
