This marks an important step in the continued development of the firm in the region, now led by Michael Hennessy. This new association reinforces Kennedys’ presence in Brazil, a key insurance market in the region, and reflects our commitment to providing innovative, efficient and tailored legal solutions for our clients.

Founded in 2020, RPZ Advogados has rapidly earned a reputation for its experience and trusted counsel in the Brazilian insurance market. Headquartered in São Paulo with an additional office in Rio de Janeiro, the firm is led by five partners - Managing Partner Dennys Zimmermann and partners Bruno Melo, Nicole Priuli, Felipe Reis, and Felipe Rosa. In Kennedys’ latest financial results for FY25, Latin America saw the most significant surge in percentage terms with an upturn of 27.1%, achieving revenue of almost £13m (USD 16m/AUD 25m/EUR 15m). Earlier this year, the firm was named ‘Insurance Firm of the Year’ by The Legal 500 Awards in Colombia, and the Mexico office welcomed two new attorneys.
