Kennedys strengthens Singapore offering with new partner appointment

We have appointed marine, offshore energy and trade credit insurance specialist Iain Anderson as Partner in Singapore, who joins the firm in October. 

Iain, who will join from RPC Singapore, has been based in Singapore since 2010 and brings nearly 30 years of experience in complex coverage and claims resolution. Recognised as a leading individual in Band 1 of the Chambers 2025 Asia-Pacific Guide, Iain is described as “technically sound” whilst offering clients “practical solutions”. He is also an Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. Iain and his team will join Kennedys in October 2025.

Operating in Singapore since 2008, we established a joint law venture (JLV) in 2015 with Legal Solutions, forming Kennedys Legal Solutions. Our Singapore office has grown to more than 80 lawyers and business service professionals, including 10 partners. Earlier this year, we appointed Anita Quy as Joint Managing Partner of the office, working alongside Kevin Kwek. She continues to lead Kennedys’ Aviation practice in Asia Pacific.
