We have appointed marine, offshore energy and trade credit insurance specialist Iain Anderson as Partner in Singapore, who joins the firm in October.
Iain, who will join from RPC Singapore, has been based in Singapore since 2010 and brings nearly 30 years of experience in complex coverage and claims resolution. He is also an Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. Iain and his team will join Kennedys in October 2025.

Anita Quy, Joint Managing Partner for our Singapore office, says: “Iain is a market leader in his field and highly respected across Singapore’s insurance market. As Kennedys celebrates 25 years in Asia Pacific, his appointment adds further depth to our established insurance and marine practice in Singapore and the wider region. Importantly, Iain will also contribute to our global trade credit capabilities through enhanced support for clients across Asia.”
Commenting on his appointment, Iain adds: “What attracted me to Kennedys is its international reach and standing as a leading insurance firm, making it a natural fit for me. Being in the industry, I have seen first-hand the calibre of the Kennedys team, and I’m excited to be joining such a dynamic and reputable firm.”
