We are pleased to announce that Michael Guadagno has been admitted as a Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC). The ACCC is the preeminent association for US and Canadian lawyers who devote a substantial portion of their practice to insurance coverage and extracontractual matters.
Michael represents insurers and reinsurers in third-party liability coverage disputes and bad faith litigation, with experience across commercial general liability, professional liability, homeowners, and property and casualty lines.
I’m grateful for this recognition and proud to be able to contribute to the organization’s mission and ongoing work. I look forward to collaborating with colleagues across the industry
Fellowship in the ACCC is extended by invitation only and is reserved for attorneys who have demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, scholarship, and achievement in insurance law. To be considered, candidates must have practiced for at least 15 years and maintain a focused practice involving insurance coverage, bad faith, and extracontractual claims. The organization is intentionally selective and limited in size, with Fellows representing both insurers and policyholders to promote balance, diversity of thought, and professional respect across the industry.
Michael joins Christopher Carroll as another representative for Kennedys in the ACCC, reflecting the firm’s continued commitment to excellence in insurance coverage and litigation.
