New partner in Singapore appointed by Kennedys in annual promotions round

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Tom Morrison to partner. Tom is among 20 new partners appointed this year, taking our total to 316 worldwide.

Tom is based in our Singapore office, known as Kennedys Legal Solutions. He specialises in insurance and reinsurance law with a specific focus on property, energy and construction risks and is also experienced in international arbitrations. He regularly provides policy coverage advice on a range of construction all risks, delay in start-up and single project professional indemnity matters, and also advises on property and engineering losses.

Tom is a talented and highly respected member of our regional property, energy and construction team, and I am delighted to welcome him to the partnership.

Tom joined Kennedys in London in 2014, before relocating to Singapore in 2018. He is qualified in England & Wales.

Kennedys has seen significant growth in the APAC region over the last 12 months, with office moves in Brisbane and Sydney, and a string of new hires including in Singapore where senior corporate and capital markets partner Robson Lee joined along with aviation specialist Tristan Thompson
