We are delighted to be holding our fourth life sciences seminar: a unique event bringing together people from the insurance, corporate, healthcare and technology sectors to meet and exchange insights on key trends and developments affecting the life sciences industry. 

The seminar will comprise of two 45-minute sessions: 

  • Session one: Deborah Newberry, Kennedys' Head of Corporate and Public Affairs, will discuss the current state of play in the Brexit landscape and possible outcomes and implications for the UK life sciences industry. 
  • Session two: Karishma Paroha, Senior Associate and Cameron Carr, Solicitor, Kennedys, will discuss the risks arsing from the use of genomics and the issues that present themselves following malfunction or cyber security breaches of smart medical devices, and what this means for the life sciences industry.
