Anita is a partner in the Singapore office of Kennedys and has over 18 years’ experience in advising a wide range of clients in the aviation industry, including insurers, airlines, regulators, general aviation operators, ground handlers and maintenance organisations.
Anita qualified in England and Wales and was involved in one of the highest value personal injury actions arising out of an aviation accident in the United Kingdom. She has extensive experience in English litigation and various legal systems worldwide including highly complex disputes in the United States and Europe with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific region. She is engaged as Lead Counsel for aviation catastrophic losses in Asia and has significant considerable dispute resolution expertise in single and cross-border litigation.
Anita also regularly advises on non-contentious issues, such as contractual liability, risk management and regulatory matters.
Anita’s clients include Singapore Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, China Airlines and Bangkok Airways and a number of general aviation operators in the region.
