We value and support diversity as an equal opportunity employer. The environment we practice in is critical as individuals and as members of a cohesive team. We’ve created a culture based on client service, professional excellence, hard work and trust.
We welcome and encourage applications from candidates directly. If you’d like to talk to us about working in any of our global offices contact us.
A key differentiator is that we are a leading global dispute resolution law firm, but we've really kept that family feel. That’s down to our core values, which run through every vein of our business.

We are always on the lookout for ambitious, enthusiastic lawyers. At Kennedys, we welcome people who are not only great lawyers, but who can fully embrace our values.
We offer a transparent career path. Our partner and senior associate (or equivalent) promotion process and criteria are clearly communicated. We are proud that many of our partners, including our Senior Partner, began their life in law as trainees with us.
We value the relationships we build with our clients and we know that they appreciate our warm, friendly, human approach. You’ll be given lots of opportunity to build your own personal client relationships at Kennedys, and we encourage you to do so.

Our training contracts are designed to develop lawyers who will be the future of Kennedys. Many of our partners, including our Senior Partner, began their life in law as a trainee with us.
We aim to recruit the best graduate talent and encourage diversity and an environment built upon different skills and backgrounds, to represent our global firm. Our atmosphere is friendly and supportive and our relationships are built on trust. We’re looking for graduates that are collaborative and enthusiastic team players.
What I like most about working at Kennedys is that the firm supports a good work-life balance, and hard work is rewarded with trust, which I find very important.
