Our experience

We have provided legal advice to:
  • An emergency service with both response and regulatory responsibility in relation to a fatality. The regulatory background was complicated due to major changes in legislation that occurred just before the fatality.

  • Motor insurers on policy interpretation and recovery where fraud or deliberate acts were suspected.
