About us

Kennedys Dublin combines legal and regulatory expertise with practical business advice. We have a particular focus on the insurance and reinsurance, healthcare, commercial and real estate sectors.

We have one of the largest and most experienced dedicated insurance practices in Ireland providing coverage and claims defence services across financial lines, including professional indemnity, healthcare and casualty. Our real estate, investment funds and corporate teams advise a wide range of local and international clients on property and commercial matters. Our dispute resolution experience covers matters ranging from professional negligence, and defamation to transport, insolvency and banking disputes.

We advise clients across the insurance, banking and finance, healthcare and real estate industries. We have continued to grow our team to meet the needs of our clients. As a result of this expansion, we have moved in to state-of-the-art facilities in Dublin’s docklands.

We have launched a local Women Insurers Network to raise awareness of the contribution professional women make to the Irish insurance industry, and to provide a networking forum for knowledge sharing and best practice. Join the LinkedIn group.
